Position Description
Employees in this job function are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Salesforce-based and cloud integration solutions to support critical business operations and enhance customer interaction processes. The role involves solution architecture, enterprise integrations, marketing automation, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust solutions within Salesforce CRM (Auto Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) to support captive finance operations and enhance customer engagement.
- Evaluate and articulate the pros and cons of various technical implementation and architectural options, providing clear recommendations and building consensus among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Architect, build, and manage scalable and secure integration services using GCP native tools, primarily Cloud Functions, to enable real-time, event-driven communication and data synchronization between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
- Lead the development, configuration, and execution of marketing campaigns and transactional messaging initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email and push notification strategies.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver effective CRM, marketing automation, and integration solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices, technical standards, and comprehensive documentation for CRM, Marketing Cloud, and GCP integration solutions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and GCP, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance organizational capabilities.
Skills Required
- Solution Architecture – Design, develop, and maintain robust Salesforce CRM solutions (Auto Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) supporting enterprise operations and customer interaction processes.
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – Experience with GCP native services including Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, API Gateway, and other serverless technologies for event-driven integration services.
- Enterprise Architecture – Ability to evaluate architectural options, present recommendations, and build alignment among diverse stakeholders.
- Salesforce.com – Deep experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Auto Cloud, including configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components), data models, and API integrations.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud – Strong background in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, AMPscript, SSJS, Data Extensions, Automation Studio, and integration patterns with Salesforce CRM and external systems.
