We, (Miracle Software Systems, Inc), are actively looking for "ServiceNow UX Designer & Enablement Specialist" to work #Full-Time / Contract on W2 with our Direct Client.

Description: We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Designer with a strong focus on user experience and enablement. This role goes beyond visual design emphasizing user adoption, translating technical concepts into user-friendly experiences, and driving meaningful improvements across the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and user-centric solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly experiences.
- Drive platform adoption through effective design and enablement strategies.
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and recommend improvements.
Develop training and enablement materials such as:
- Video tutorials
- Quick reference guides
- Training sessions / workshops
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance overall user experience.
- Proactively identify gaps and contribute solutions without requiring direction.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with ServiceNow (flexible based on candidate strength).
- Proven experience in UX design, preferably within enterprise platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to create training and enablement materials.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for end users.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as:
- ITSM (IT Service Management)
- CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments.
