Miracle Software Systems is seeking a Data Intelligence Practice Manager to lead the design and delivery of AI ready data foundations for enterprise clients. This is a client facing role combining solution architecture, presales leadership, and hands on technical ownership of semantic modeling, governance, and data quality across Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake.

Roles and Responsibilities
Solutions and Presales
- Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective clients and translate business requirements into data and AI solution architectures
- Own end to end responses to RFPs and RFIs, including solution narrative, reference architecture, effort estimation, and competitive differentiation
- Design and build proofs of concept that demonstrate technical feasibility and business value
- Present solutions to both technical stakeholders and executive audiences
- Partner with sales leadership to progress qualified opportunities to close
Practice Development
- Define and evolve the data intelligence service offering across Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake
- Develop reusable assets, reference architectures, and delivery accelerators
- Establish the AI readiness assessment methodology used in client engagements
- Contribute to practice level capability planning and skills development
Technical Delivery
- Author ontologies and semantic models that support reliable agent and LLM reasoning over enterprise data, using platform context layers including Microsoft Fabric IQ, Databricks Genie and Snowflake Cortex
- Design and implement data governance and data quality frameworks as engineering practice, aligned to the native governance capabilities of each platform including Microsoft Purview, Databricks Unity Catalog, and Snowflake Horizon
- Define data lineage, access enforcement including row level and column level security, and business rule constraints that agents cannot override
- Establish validation approaches for semantic correctness in partnership with the AI Testing Center of Excellence
- Own ongoing stewardship of business definitions and metric consistency across domains and platforms
- Advise on model selection and workload routing to balance accuracy, latency, and cost
- Build and evaluate agent experiences on these layers, including Fabric Data Agents, Genie and Cortex
- Provide technical oversight and quality assurance across active client engagements
Team Leadership
Lead a small team of data engineers and architects with direct hands on involvement.
Mentor team members in semantic modeling, governance, and AI readiness practice
Support hiring, onboarding, and capability building as the practice scales
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10 years of experience in enterprise data architecture and delivery
- Demonstrated solution architecture experience across at least two of the following: Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake
- Hands on experience delivering ontologies, semantic models, master data management, data governance, and data quality solutions
- Direct experience integrating large language models or AI agents with governed enterprise data.
- Proven presales experience including RFP and RFI ownership and client presentations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both executive and technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Production implementation experience with a platform semantic or context layer such as Fabric IQ, Databricks Genie, or Snowflake Cortex
- Familiarity with SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Knowledge Graph, and Joule agents, particularly for clients with SAP as a core system of record
- Experience in a consulting or systems integrator environment
- Relevant platform certifications
- Industry visibility through speaking, writing, or community contribution
