Morning Shift: 5AM -12PM,
Starting Rate is $24.00/hr

Responsibilities Include:
- Maintains Compliance to environmental standard.
- Contributes to Team Effort
- Conserves Resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
- Maintains Weld Dept appearance by transporting materials to disposal area; recycling materials. Daily 5S. Cleaning as needed.
- Maintains safe working environment.
- Stores completed welded parts by placing item in appropriate storage area or staging area specified on work order.
- Ensures operation of Equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
- Maintains specifications by observing operations, detecting malfunctions, inspecting parts, adjusting controls.
- Regulates Machines by setting up adjusting controls. Setting must be within parameters specified on the SOP.
- Welds parts by pulse arc mig welding. Parts must be welded per print and instructions on work order.
- Carrying, pushing, or pulling parts to area.
- Lifting and bending frequently.
- Steel toed shoes are required at all times.
- Safety glasses are required at all times.
- Hearing protection required at all times.
- Within the weld cells, proper PPE must be worn.
Qualified applicants will have:
- Must be a high school graduate or have equivalent training.
- Must have Mig welding experience.
- Must be able to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Must have knowledge of safety regulations.
- Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. on average during a normal workday.
- Must be able to operate computers.
- Must have the ability to pull a job order utilizing a work order.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to read and interpret basic documents, safety rules and other correspondence.
- Ability to count and ability to measure equipment using a tape measure.
- Must be able to work as a team.
