FINISHER 1
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (include the following. Other duties may be assigned.)
PULLING PARTS - determining parts to be gathered by reading relevant product reports, electronic traveler.
GATHER PARTS- pulling parts per materials list and checking quantities
VERIFIES PARTS - using E-Docs.
REPORTS MISSING PARTS - informing supervisor.
FINISH PARTS - trimming, routing, drilling, and repairing to customer specifications.
INSPECTS PARTS - visually looking for part defects.
CLEAN PARTS -removing excess dust, grime, etc.
IDENTIFIES COLORS AND PART NUMBER - labeling properly.
SELECTS PACKAGING - locating, constructing, and loading finished parts.
VERIFIES LABELING - checking label against part prior to closing packaging for color and part number.
CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT - accomplishing related results as needed.
MAINTAINS COMPLIANCE TO ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARD - complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
PERFORM ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS REQUESTED.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Must be a high school graduate or have equivalent training.
- Must be able to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Must have knowledge of safety regulations.
- Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. on average during a
- normal workday.
- Must be able to operate computers.
- Must be able to distinguish colors.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
- Ability to read and interpret basic documents, safety rules and other correspondence.

- Production area with exposure to noise and heat.
- Steel toed shoes are required at all times.
- Must wear required PPE while on the production floor.
- Must adjust PPE to be meet requirements, as some specific areas may require additional specific items to be worn for PPE, such as bump caps, hard hats, shin guards, gloves, etc.

- Carrying, pushing, or pulling parts to area.
- Lifting and bending frequently.

Compensation:
The pay range is for Lewisburg, PA, and is also based upon geographical market standards for the industry and position in those areas.
There is a possibility of a bonus(es) based on individual performance and merit to be paid at the sole discretion of the company, but bonus(es) are not guaranteed unless outlined in writing in the offer letter extended to the candidate selected for the position.
