Role Description
Miracle Pools Inc. is seeking a full-time Service Division Manager to join our team on-site in Jacksonville, NC. As the Service Division Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations of the service division, manage and lead a team of technicians, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality pool maintenance and repair services. You will coordinate with clients, plan service schedules, train team members, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. The role requires a balance of sales/business development, technical expertise, leadership, and customer relationship management skills.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring staff.
- Technical proficiency in pool repair and operations, including an understanding of pool equipment and systems.
- Sales and/or Business Development Background is preferred. Additional training on preferred equipment brands will be provided.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate schedules, manage projects, and maintain compliance with safety standards.
- Customer service and relationship management skills to ensure client satisfaction and address issues promptly.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including budgeting, reporting, and scheduling.
- Knowledge of commercial pool regulations and best practices is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, as well as problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- Experience working within the commercial construction or pool industry is a strong plus.
