FAC (Fast Auto Credit) is looking for a Collection Specialist to join our growing team.

As an Collection Specialist for FAC, you will:
1) Manage your own portfolio of account receivables
2) Control delinquency and reduce charge-off
3) Provide Exceptional Customer Service
Qualifications:
1) 2 years of experience in the consumer finance, customer service or hospitality industry
2) Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
3) Ability to work independently or in a team environment
4) Strong communication and problem solving skills
5) Flexibility/Adaptability
6) Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
