Role Summary
We are seeking a Paid Ads & Performance Manager to own paid advertising (media buys) across Google, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, manage lead performance and conversion tracking, and deliver weekly ROI and performance reporting directly to the CEO and lead distribution to each sales team daily and improve company website/landing pages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid ads across:
- Google Search & Local (landing pages creation and PPC)
- YouTube Video Ads
- Facebook & Instagram
- Control budgets, bids, targeting, and creatives
- Improve CPC, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates
- Distribute the leads to each sales rep as required daily evenly among all reps via inbox or a TBD system to make efficient lead delivery and tracking of results easy for CEO/Manager to track.
Website, Forms & Tracking (with Web Developer Access)
- Work directly with a web developer to:
- Create/enhance existing lead forms
- Fix forms immediately if they go down
- Improve website speed, UX, and conversion paths
- Enhance lead data capture and attribution
- Ensure all leads are tracked accurately across platforms
Lead Management & Sales Distribution
- Distribute daily leads to sales representatives by office and territory
- Monitor response times and follow-up activity
- Validate lead quality with sales teams
- Track lead-to-conversion performance
Analytics, ROI & Reporting
- Track and analyze full-funnel performance:
- Ad spend
- Leads
- CPC, CPL, CTR
- Conversion and close rates
- Develop weekly ROI and performance reporting packages
- Present clear insights, trends, and action plans directly to the CEO
Optimization & Accountability
- Identify waste and underperforming spend
- Scale high-performing campaigns
- Continuously test ads, landing pages, and forms
- Maintain accurate, trustworthy data at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing paid ads across Google, Facebook, Bing, Tiktok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and lead attribution
- Experience collaborating with web developers on CRO and tracking
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused
- Comfortable reporting performance to executive leadership

Salary Range:
