We’re looking for a driven individual who is passionate about helping others to become our next Hearing Aid Specialist. We hire individuals from a variety of backgrounds and industries and help them grow from Sales Trainee to Hearing Aid Specialist through a comprehensive paid training program. No hearing healthcare experience is required.
As a Sales Trainee, you will learn how to:
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences
- Conduct consultative hearing evaluations
- Educate patients and their families about hearing healthcare
- Recommend customized hearing aid solutions
- Drive responsible revenue growth
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Experience
- Create a welcoming, trust-based environment
- Conduct hearing evaluations under supervision (training provided)
- Educate patients and third parties about hearing loss and solutions
- Recommend appropriate hearing aids and accessories
- Provide long-term after-care services
Sales & Growth
- Meet and exceed individual performance goals
- Track KPIs including conversion, revenue, and follow-up compliance
- Participate in local marketing and community outreach efforts
- Maintain a full schedule through proactive engagement
Leadership & Development
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
- Accept coaching and implement feedback quickly
- Demonstrate ownership of personal results

Required Qualifications
- Obtain license through training program within 12 months of hire
- 2 years of sales experience (healthcare, retail, or consultative sales)
- Strong closing and relationship-building skills with high level of care for individuals
- Ability to work independently and manage daily performance metrics
- Professional, growth-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser preferred
Schedule (Great Work-Life Balance)
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Compensation
- Base commission, average 1st year earnings $50K-$65K
- High earning potential once licensed, 85K-120K
