What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Intern position at Mirabelle Care?
Mirabelle Care is seeking a recent graduate or a current Marketing Student to support our marketing team in executing campaigns and building our presence across social media and the communities we serve. You'll help plan content, manage day-to-day social channels, and get visibility into how a growing behavioral health company connects with families and referral partners. Expect real ownership over specific channels or projects (not just administrative support) and a portfolio of completed work by the end of the internship. This position is expected to be 7 to 10 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, following a weekly content calendar.
- Monitor social messages and comments, and escalate inquiries as appropriate.
- Track marketing metrics (followers, engagement, website traffic, inquiries) and prepare a weekly summary.
- Maintain marketing team calendars and scheduling.
- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote Mirabelle Care's services.
- Build relationships with local business partners through in-person outreach — brochure and flyer distribution, community touchpoints — across our Oklahoma sites.
- Support the planning and on-the-ground logistics of marketing events.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with local businesses and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, demonstrating a keen understanding of social media trends and analytics.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing appointments and marketing materials
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to contribute to marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Current undergraduate student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred, though not required.
