The role
- You are the first name a member hears and the first face they see. Every member is greeted by name, never by a number on a screen.
- You run the front of house: arrivals, bookings for sessions and treatments, member requests, and the small things that make a visit feel effortless.
- You fix problems quietly. A missing towel is resolved in minutes with a quiet apology, never a fuss.
- You know the difference between attentive and intrusive. Members are recognised, not processed, and never interrupted unless they want to be.
- You feed what you notice back to the team, because the front desk hears everything first.
- 2 or more years in premium hospitality front office: a fine hotel, a hotel spa, or a members' club. Exceptional candidates with the instincts but not the years will be considered and trained.
- Warm, composed, and detail-obsessed. You remember names, preferences, and small histories.
- Calm when three things go wrong at once.
- Fluent English and Tamil.
- Fixed salary ₹3–4.5 lakh per year, based on experience.
