- Expected schedule: Monday through Saturday 10am - 7pm, approx. 40-60 hours per week
- Season runs now through late Fall
- Overtime available
- Age requirement: Due to company auto insurance requirements, all candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Bonus Potential: Up to $750 per month based on performance KPIs and upsells.
- Inspect & Treat: Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties and apply targeted pest control solutions safely.
- Document: Record pest activity and treatment details after each appointment.
- Safety First: Adhere to all product labels and state regulations to ensure safe and compliant practices.
- Customer Service: Be the friendly face our customers trust to solve their problems.
- Equipment Care: Keep your company vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (3 years driving experience).
- Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and operate equipment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience in pest control is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
