Job Description Title: Summer Fellow Department: Trading Location: Los Angeles, CA Pay: $25/hr (maximum 32 hours per week) Duration: June 1st – August 7 (10 Weeks) Overview: Develop the skills, experiences, and connections to accelerate your career in digital advertising. MiQ is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Summer Fellows. This fellowship program offers hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of programmatic trading. As a Summer Fellow, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, gain valuable skills, and learn from experienced professionals in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist with client reporting, data analysis, campaign setup, and campaign pacing. Conduct research, gather data, and analyze information to support project objectives. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, solve problems, and drive innovation. Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations. Participate in team meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge. Other duties as assigned to support the department and organization's goals. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated interest in analytical thinking, problem solving, and data analysis. This range may vary for positions outside of New York City as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.
