Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to meet organizational goals, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and service excellence
- Coordinate transportation planning to optimize freight costs and delivery schedules across multiple carriers
- Utilize data analysis skills and supply chain analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous process improvements
- Collaborate with logistics providers, freight carriers, and internal teams to enhance operational workflows
- Develop and implement effective cost management practices and cost improvement programs
- Analyze situations, identify and forecast problems, evaluate options, and implement appropriate actions. Organize and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively to meet critical deadlines
Experience
- Proven experience in supply chain management with a strong background in logistics operations within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to see broader operational and financial impacts
