Store Sales Associate – Hardware & Tools Experience Required

Minutemen Staffing is hiring employees to support one of our distinguished customers, Federal Pipe, in Detroit.
We are currently seeking an experienced Store Sales Associate with strong knowledge of hardware, tools, and industrial supplies. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, dependable, and comfortable assisting customers with product selection and sales support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with hardware and tool purchases
- Provide product recommendations and sales support
- Maintain organized shelves and store inventory
- Process sales transactions and customer orders
- Deliver excellent customer service in person and by phone
Requirements:
- Experience in hardware, tools, or industrial supply sales required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
