Quality Assurance Technician – 3rd Shift (Paid Training Provided)
Minutemen Staffing is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This facility operates under Food GMP standards, and all employees must follow strict safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.
We are willing to train the right candidate—no experience required.
Pay:$16.50/hr
Schedule:
- Training: 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) for 2 weeks
- Regular Schedule: 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Responsibilities:
- Inspect products for quality and defects
- Follow Food GMP, safety, and sanitation standards
- Document inspection results accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Support production team in quality control processes
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn (training provided)
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Must follow Food GMP and hygiene standards
