Cleaners

An air duct cleaning technician is responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining ductwork and HVAC systems to improve indoor air quality and system efficiency. Examine air ducts for signs of damage, mold, and debris, ensuring they are clean and functioning properly. Use specialized equipment such as rotary brushes and vacuums to remove dust, allergens, and contaminants from air ducts and vents. Perform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment and ensure it is in good working condition. Clearly explain the cleaning process, findings, and recommendations to clients, providing excellent customer service. Keep accurate records of services performed, including any issues found and recommendations made. Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness at job sites to ensure a safe working environment. SHIFT COULD CHANGE DEPENDING ON CUSTOMER'S NEEDS MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK LATE NIGHTS. HOURS MAY VARY FROM 6-8 HOURS OR MORE.

Requirements: Must be comfortable working in and around the air ducts and lift up to 50 lbs.
