CNC Machines & Robotic Welding
Location: Taylor, MI
Pay:$26.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience
Weekly Pay | 1st & 2nd Shifts | Overtime Available
Minutemen Staffing is seeking experiencedIndustrial Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines, robotic welding systems, and manufacturing equipment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Troubleshoot and repair CNC HMC machines, robotic welders, and assembly equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, motors, and electrical controls.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Minimize equipment downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Previous industrial maintenance experience required.
- Experience with Makino/Mori Seiki CNC machines and robotic welding preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and solve equipment issues.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be flexible with overtime and Saturday work.
1ST SHIFT
Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Production Schedule:
- 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
- 4:00 AM–2:30 PM
2ND SHIFT
Training: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Production Schedule:
- 3:00 PM–1:30 AM
- May extend to 3:30 AM depending on production needs.
IMPORTANT: Schedules may vary based on production demands. Candidates must be willing to work extended shifts, overtime, and Saturdays when required.
