CNC Machines & Robotic Welding

Location: Taylor, MI
Pay: $26.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience
Weekly Pay | 1st & 2nd Shifts | Overtime Available

EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS WANTED!

Minutemen Staffing is seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines, robotic welding systems, and manufacturing equipment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC HMC machines, robotic welders, and assembly equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, motors, and electrical controls.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Minimize equipment downtime and maintain production efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous industrial maintenance experience required.
• Experience with Makino/Mori Seiki CNC machines and robotic welding preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and solve equipment issues.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be flexible with overtime and Saturday work.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS & SCHEDULES

1ST SHIFT

Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Production Schedule:

• 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• 4:00 AM–2:30 PM

2ND SHIFT

Training: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Production Schedule:

• 3:00 PM–1:30 AM
• May extend to 3:30 AM depending on production needs.

IMPORTANT: Schedules may vary based on production demands. Candidates must be willing to work extended shifts, overtime, and Saturdays when required.
