We build relationships with our customers and employees based on trust and honesty.Jobdescription isasfollows but isnot limited tothefollowing duties maychangeat thediscretion of your directsupervisor or management:Deliverfirstclasscustomer service tobothinternal and external customers.Respond tocustomer needs inatimely and accurate manner.Build positive relationships withcustomers and co-workers and besupportive ofateam atmosphere.Holdssafety inhighregard, followsallsafety rulesforequipment andgeneral warehouse operations.Takesresponsibility for own safetyby acting in a safe manner at all times.Takesresponsibilityfor the safety of their team by calling out unsafe behavior on the spot.Actively participates intheLEAN Management program, strivingtocontinuously improve,increase efficiency and eliminate waste.Uses the company's core values lntegrity, Adaptability and Continuous Improvement to guide day to day decision making.Complete necessarypaperwork, includinginboundand outbound orders,BillofLadings, receipts,exportdocumentation, and other customer or government required documentation.Maintain a positive relationship with customers, co-workers and USDA orothergovernment officials and beableto respond to their needs in an accurate and timely fashion.Mustbeabletoaccuratelyidentifyinventorydiscrepanciesandnotify theappropriatemanagerimmediately.Must utilizetheWarehouse Management System totrackinventory, placeandreceive orders,runreportsandconfirm shipments.Understand inventory control by FIFO/LIFOWill complete basicoffice duties such asfiling, faxing, answering phones andanyotherofficetasksasassigned by supervisor.Performanyspecialprojectsorotherassignmentsasneededby manager/supervisor.Mustbeabletoworkinafastpaced environment.SummaryofExperienceandEducationHigh school education required, Associates orBachelors degree preferred.Threeto fiveyearsofcustomer service related experience isrequired.Experience inAR/AP and ina warehouse or manufacturing setting is highly preferred.Minutemen Staffing provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
