Minuteman Press, the world’s largest and top-rated digital print, marketing, and design franchise, is seeking a candidate for Print Management and Customer Service Rep at the East Brunswick location.
we are looking for someone with print production and customer service experience and that lives in the area. They need to be able to consistently manage quality and deadlines, plus provide a great customer experience.
Duties of the Print Shop Assistant candidate will include:
- Manage projects that involve a wide range of high-quality printing and communication services.
- Review job specifications from work orders and ensure that client files are accurate to produce jobs.
- Working with and preparing PDF files.
- Use of digital copiers/presses to set up and produce customer jobs.
- Working with customers in person and over the phone.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience with Prepress and/or Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience with print shop finishing equipment is preferred. (Cutting, Folding, Padding, etc.)
- Experience with Xerox or Konica is preferred.
Pay is based on experience.
No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
