We're seeking a talented, motivated individual to take on a hybrid role that combines graphic design, print production, and customer support. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who thrives on variety and values personal and professional growth.
What You'll Do:
- Design everything from business cards and stationary to banners, logos, and window graphics.
- Use Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to bring client visions to life.
- Prepare and preflight files for print production, ensuring accuracy in fonts, links, color, and layout.
- Operate digital printers and copiers; assist with finishing work (cutting, binding, folding, padding).
- Submit jobs to vendors and oversee the production time.
- Provide friendly knowledgable customer service via phone, email, and in person. You'll be interacting with customers all day, so you must enjoy talking to people.
- Package and ship completed jobs while maintaining an organized and clean workspace.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong layout and design skills, especially using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
- A great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a deadline driven environment.
- Detail oriented with a solid understanding of file types and print specs (JPG, PNG, EPS, PDF, Bitmap vs Vector).
- Previous experience in a print shop environment is a plus (FedEx Office, UPS Store, Stapes, etc.) or experience with signage, mailing, or promotional products.

Starting Salary: $41,600 ($20. an hour) with two weeks earned vacation'
