Minuteman Press, the world’s largest and top-rated digital print, marketing, and design franchise, is seeking candidates for the role of Digital Print Operator. This location operates as a high-volume production shop serving a wide range of commercial clients with fast turnaround expectations.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in the use and operation of digital printing presses and full-color copiers such as Xerox, Konica-Minolta, and Canon.
Minimum qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of recent professional print production experience (digital) in a high-volume print environment preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work extended hours or overtime during busy seasons
- Manager or supervisor experience a plus
Daily responsibilities include
- Reviewing job specifications to ensure finished work exceeds customer expectations
- Tracking projects through production to meet deadlines and maintain consistent quality
- Performing digital print
- Managing equipment maintenance and consumable supply inventory
- Tracking and organizing all paper stock
- Providing job updates and feedback to management as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized shop environment
