Customer Service Rep / Print Specialist
Pay: $17-$20 Per Hour (Negotiable Based on Experience)
We're looking for a skilled customer service representative. This individual will be required to work communicate with clients regarding print projects and coordinate with the in-house print production team to assist with various projects.
With the assistance from our field support representative, you will be fully trained on various channels we utilize to market and grow our business, as well as using our proprietary pricing and job management software.
Previous experience in the printing industry is preferred, but not required.
Preferred Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word. Understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Photoshop is a plus.
- Previous experience with digital printers (Xerox, Konica Minolta, Canon, or Ricoh) is a plus.
- Previous experience with wide format printers / plotters is a plus.
- Customer-oriented, professional communication skills.
- Time management/prioritization.
- Some knowledge of paper brands and types.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work with our in-house print production team to facilitate various in-house print projects and other orders sent through central facility vendors.
- Communicate with clients and leads via email and over the phone, facilitating proofs, quotes, and invoices.
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services.
- Letting clients know about additional products or services.
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's questions.
- Escalating queries and concerns to the owner of the business.
