What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead - 1st Shift position at Minute Men Staffing?
A Large 3PL company in the Louisville area is in need for an experienced Team Lead for 1st shift. Schedule is Monday - Friday; 6 am to 2:30 pm. This is a full-time temp-to-hire position. Shipping lead responsible for performing administrative duties, including outbound paperwork, filing, and reporting in Microsoft Excel. Communicates with supervisor regarding outbound shipments and inventory status. Ensures the flow on the floor is moving efficiently. Ensures the transportation piece is moving and alerting folks when it is not. Reports HR issues to the Derby Supervisor or Manager. Help on the floor when behind or to help cover absences.
