Minutemen Staffing is now hiring a Manufacturing Shift Lead.
Must be available to work all three shifts if needed
Pay is $20 -$22 based on experience
Temp to Hire position
Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers during manufacturing process.
- Review production and quality reports in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Review production schedules and work orders.
- Audit product from each machine to verify conformance to specifications.
- Conduct new hire training for machine operation, quality inspection, and work procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Able to perform repetitive work.
- Able to perform basic math and reading skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- High School Diploma required.
- Mechanical skills: Able to perform minor machine adjustments.
