What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping and Recieving position at Minute Men Staffing?
Minutemen Staffing is now hiring a Warehouse / Shipping Specialist for a classified manufacturing facility.
Shift- Monday-Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
Pay - $20 to $24 an hr. based on experience.
Temp to hire position!
Job Duties:
- Prepare orders for domestic and international shipments per shipping instructions
- Receive incoming products, unload, and distribute paperwork all in a timely manner
- Examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortage and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
- Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse & shipping transactions and activities
Job Requirements:
- Hazmat Shipping experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Must have computer skills with Microsoft Office programs
- Prior Shipping & Receiving experience is required
