Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $17.00–$20.00 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to support daily office operations. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing incoming calls, assisting with quotation requests, handling administrative tasks, and supporting accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls on the main phone line in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, customers, and vendors.
- Prepare, process, and support customer quotation requests.
- Perform general filing and document management tasks.
- Assist with accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) activities.
- Process and deposit incoming checks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed.
- Maintain organized records and ensure accurate data entry.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, administrative, or office support experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
