What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Clerk position at Minute Men Staffing?
Now hiring Part Clerks for a company in Cleveland for 1st shift.
Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm.
Weekly pay ranging between $16 - $18 per hour, depending on experience.
Job Duties:
- Receive, inspect, document, and store incoming parts and supplies.
- Verify part numbers, check for damage, and ensure correct quantities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records: organize stock and label bins/shelves.
- Pick and pull parts for customer orders, internal requisitions, or delivery.
- Process orders, returns, and special orders: enter data into inventory/ordering system.
- Provide customer service: assist walk-in customers or contractors, answer questions about parts availability, help locate parts, and offer guidance or support as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. regularly.
- Previous warehouse or material-handling experience.
- Forklift experience is required.
