Job Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Painting
  • Cleaning
  • Minor Plumbing
  • Minor Electrical
  • General Labor
  • Removing Carpet and Flooring
  • Carpentry
  • Utilize Hand & Power Tools
  • Working on Apartments, Duplexes, and Manufactured Homes
  • Travel to Different Job Sites



Requirements:


Valid Driver's License

Carpentry / Maintenance Experience


Compensation: $18.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)


Schedule: 8:00am - 4:00pm [Monday - Friday] This position will occasionally require you to be on call and have some weekend availability.
