Flooring (LVP, laminate, tile)
Roofing (repairs, shingles, flashing)
Plumbing (minor & major)
Electrical (minor & major)
Drywall (hang, finish, texture match)
Siding repair & install
Painting (interior & exterior)
Make-Readies / Rental Turnovers
Cabinet Installation
️ Carpentry (framing, trim, repairs)
Window Replacement & Repair
️ Home Remodeling
Bathroom Remodeling
What We Expect:
- Show up ready to work — no hand holding
- Ability to handle multi-trade jobs start to finish
- Clean, professional work that passes inspection
- Fast-paced work for property managers & investors
Requirements:
- Own tools
- Reliable transportation (truck preferred)
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Travel within NE Ohio
- Background check required
- Drug test required (marijuana off-duty OK)
Pay:
- Depends On Experience
- Hourly (W-2)
- Opportunity to grow with consistent work
