What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gluer/Packer position at Minute Men Staffing?
Now hiring Gluers/Packers for a company in Wadsworth for Day and Night shifts.
Weekly pay at $16.50 per hour.
Job Duties:
- Observe feeding and folding of material and gluing edges and inform gluer operator of any issues being experienced on the feeding or packing ends.
- Work with the Gluer Operator to monitor the feeding of product into the gluer machinery.
- Coordinate with the Gluer Operator to ensure correct jobs are staged at the front of the machine.
- Match all collating marks that are being packed and pack all cards in the same direction.
- Organize and sort products according to size, color, or other specifications.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Mechanical knowledge.
- Excellent attention to detail.
