Job Description
We are currently hiring General Labor / Agricultural Workers for a large greenhouse and growing operation in Oberlin, Ohio. This is a hands-on position working in a fast-paced agricultural environment with indoor plants and greenhouse products.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with general greenhouse and agricultural production duties
- Handle, move, organize, and prepare plants and growing materials
- Assist with planting, production, packaging, and related greenhouse tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow production procedures and supervisor instructions
- Perform repetitive and physically active tasks throughout the shift
- Follow all workplace safety requirements
- Work effectively as part of a production team
Schedule:
Monday through Saturday
Start Time: 7:00 AM
End Time: Approximately 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM
Employees receive a 1-hour unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks.
Pay $17.00 per hour
Requirements:
- Must be dependable and able to maintain regular attendance
- Must be comfortable working in a greenhouse/agricultural environment
- Must be able to perform physical and repetitive work throughout the shift
- Must be available for the full Monday–Saturday schedule
- No open-toed shoes are permitted
- Casual work attire is acceptable
- Must bring two forms of identification for orientation
