What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service position at Minute Men Staffing?
Position: Customer Support Representative / Hours: · 20-24 hours/week,
Duties: Answer phones and greet clients · Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel · Add and maintain client information in CRM systems · Provide support to prospective and current clients as needed · Coordinate kits for agent appointments · Communicate with insurance carriers regarding cancellation letters, change requests, and updates · Upload monthly renewals from carriers into the CRM · Assist the team with various projects · Assist with the yearly open enrollment period (October to December), requiring additional hours per week during this time, including some Saturdays.
Requirements & qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent · Excellent communication skills · Highly detail-oriented · Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask effectively · Prior experience in health insurance is a plus, particularly in Medicare · Self-motivated and well-organized · Adaptable and able to go with the flow · Flexible schedule during the busy season (October to December each year)
