Now hiring a Blender/Batch Maker for a company in Akron.
Day Shift.
Weekly pay at $18 per hour.
The Blender/Batch Maker will be responsible for preparing, measuring, and mixing raw materials to create batches of chemical products in adherence to company formulas and quality standards.
Job Duties:
- Operate blenders and mixers to prepare product batches according to predetermined formulas.
- Accurately measure raw materials using scales or other measuring devices.
- Monitor blending/mixing processes — adjust speed, time, or other parameters as needed.
- Clean, maintain, and inspect blending equipment regularly.
- Perform basic quality checks to verify batch integrity.
- Assist in unloading, handling, and storing raw materials, including safe handling of chemical components.
- Use a forklift to move raw materials or finished batches, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous Forklift experience is required.
- Mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to perform basic math.
