RN - OR Nurse Manager | Hermiston, OR
Schedule:
Duration: 13 weeks | 36 hrs/week guaranteed
Shift: Day shift | 3x12s (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Compensation:
$60/hr $1,620 stipend = $3,780/week
Estimated Monthly Total: $15,120
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced OR Nurse Manager to join our client. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the operating room, coordinating surgical services, and ensuring high-quality, safe patient care.
The ideal candidate will have strong perioperative experience, leadership skills, and the ability to manage staff, budgets, and workflow in a fast-paced surgical environment. Experience across specialties such as ortho, vascular, urology, and general surgery is highly valued.
Requirements:
✔️ Active RN license (OR)
✔️ BLS, ACLS, PALS required
✔️ CNOR preferred
✔️ Minimum 5 years OR experience
✔️ Prior leadership or management experience preferred
