The Role
As the lead provider in a dedicated employee health center in Hammond, IN, you'll own the full scope of family practice: preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness exams, minor procedures (suturing, injections), and more. Longer appointment blocks. A population that shows up motivated. A care model built around quality over volume.
Schedule
Monday: Closed (long weekend, every week ✅)
Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Thursday & Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
What You Need
- MSN or equivalent (NP or PA)
- Active Indiana RN/NP license
- Federal DEA license
- AHA/ARC BLS certification
- 3 years in ambulatory care or family practice
- Dispensing licensure a plus (or willingness to obtain)
