Weekly Schedule:
- Monday / Wednesday / Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM)
- Tuesday / Thursday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM)
- No weekends. No on-call.

⚕️ What You Will Do
You will serve as the clinical and administrative backbone of a fast-moving primary care clinic, supporting both patients and providers throughout the full care day.
- Room patients and document accurate vital signs
- Perform phlebotomy and collect lab specimens
- Administer injections, immunizations, and medications per provider orders
- Perform point-of-care testing
- Document accurately in Epic EMR
- Handle scheduling, phones, prior authorizations, and referrals
- Maintain a patient-centered, organized, and professional environment throughout the day
Requirements
- ✔️ Active CMA certification (AAMA, AMT, NHA, or equivalent)
- ✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in both clinical AND administrative functions
- ✔️ Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- ✔️ Epic EMR experience — required
- ✔️ Phlebotomy experience — required
- ✔️ Available for the full Tuesday and Thursday schedule through 7:00 PM
- ✔️ Reliable, organized, and patient-centered approach

- Primary care or family medicine clinic experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English — strongly preferred for this community
- Experience with prior authorizations and referral workflows
- Comfortable managing a high-volume, dual-role clinical and administrative day
