Lawn Care Crew Member – Full-Time, Year-Round

Pay: $18–$25/hour, based on experience

MINT Landscaping is a family-owned company that has served the Lake Norman and greater Charlotte area since 2003. We take care of some of the best properties around the lake, and we're growing our lawn crews. No experience? No problem. We'll train you. Show up, work hard, and care about doing it right, and we'll teach you the rest.
What You'll Do
- Mow, trim, edge, and blow residential and commercial properties
- Trim and shape shrubs, and lay mulch and pine straw
- Help with seasonal cleanups, leaf removal, and small planting jobs
- Run and take care of commercial equipment: stand-on and walk-behind mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers
- Check equipment before and after each day and report any problems
- Work as part of a 2-person crew and do a final walk-around so every property is left clean and looking sharp
- Be polite and professional with customers and the public
What We're Looking For
- Lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- A good attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable, on time, and respectful with customers and coworkers
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Some Saturdays during peak season
- Year-round work, with no winter layoffs
