Carolina Turf is seeking motivated and dependable Landscape/Hardscape Crew Members to join our team. This position focuses on installing hardscapes and landscape features for residential and commercial properties. We're looking for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have a strong work ethic, and take pride in building high-quality outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities
- Install paver patios, walkways, driveways, and retaining walls
- Assist with grading, excavation, and site preparation
- Install drainage systems and landscape edging
- Spread gravel, mulch, soil, and other landscape materials
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
- Read and follow project plans and directions from the crew leader
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Perform final quality checks to ensure projects meet company standards
- Follow all company safety procedures
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
