THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic part-time Hospitality Associate to join our ground team in Scottsdale, AZ. This Hospitality Associate will support our Market Lead by greeting our guests upon arrival, oversee the check-in process, assist with luggage, and ensure our guests love their experience while staying at Mint House.

Weekend availability required.
AT MINT HOUSE YOU WILL
- Serve as a helpful resource in the field to troubleshoot guest issues in real-time and any guest maintenance concerns
- Execute unit departure and arrival inspections to ensure units are constantly meeting or exceeding brand standards
- Assist with unit upkeep, inventory management, and work with the team on ad-hoc projects
- Act as a guide to downtown Austin and share your knowledge of the city with guests as well as escort guests to their rooms
- Master our software to assist the guest stay
