Job Summary
Responsible for but not limited to overseeing and coordinating specific projects to ensure business goals and grant requirements are met. Building long-term goals for company projects, carrying out client support services, intake and assessment of clients’ needs, data management and reporting, advising, registration, and training of grant funded individuals. Make ongoing referrals to partner organizations and meet program and contract enrollment and outcome goals.
Job Duties
Design a program that meets client goals.
Direct the activities of the specified program.
Create assessment tool to identify needed education or training.
Conduct assessment of those interested in the specified program.
Utilize education and training needs matrix.
Coordinates training needs calendar.
Maintain records of participants employment data upon program completion.
Establish and maintain program metrics.
Creating and managing long-term goals.
Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure goals are met in customer satisfaction.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials and update social media accounts.
Other duties as assigned.
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related experience required.
Post-secondary education in business, IT or office management is an asset.
2 years’ experience in a supervisory role
Punctuality, integrity, and critical-thinking skills are crucial to success in this position.
