We’re looking for a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team in Minocqua, Wisconsin — a stunning Northwoods community known for its lakes, outdoor recreation, and small-town charm.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and manage repair orders
- Clearly explain recommended services and repairs
- Serve as the communication link between customers and technicians
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology is helpful
- A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license
