Job Summary:
The Vice President of Information Technology will lead the strategic and operational direction of IT across a the Forj Medical organization, with a primary focus on enterprise system integration, Epicor ERP optimization, and the implementation of a new Quality Management System (QMS). This executive will play a critical role in harmonizing IT infrastructure, applications, and data across legacy organizations to support scalable growth, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Compensation and Total Rewards Package
The salary range for this position is outlined below under "Job Details" and is dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable employment laws. Beyond base salary, Minnetronix offers a competitive Total Rewards Package. We offer health, dental, vision, 401K plans, and time off programs. This executive will play a critical role in harmonizing IT infrastructure, applications, and data across legacy organizations to support scalable growth, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership and Integration:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT integration roadmap post-merger, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the consolidation and harmonization of IT systems, infrastructure, and data across legacy entities.
- Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on technology strategy, risk, and innovation.
- Enterprise Systems Integration:
- Oversee the optimization and expansion of Epicor ERP, ensuring alignment with manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and quality operations.
- Lead the implementation of a new QMS, ensuring seamless integration with ERP and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure systems support GMP, FDA, EMA, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
- IT Operations and Governance:
- Establish and enforce IT governance, cybersecurity, and data integrity standards across the enterprise.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Change Management and Communication:
- Drive change management initiatives to support system adoption and user engagement across departments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Operations, Finance, and Human Resources to ensure technology alignment with business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing.
- Proven experience leading IT integration and enterprise system harmonization.
- Deep expertise in Epicor ERP and QMS implementation (e.g., MasterControl, Veeva, or similar).
- Strong understanding of GMP, GxP, and regulatory compliance in a CDMO or regulated manufacturing environment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with cloud migration and hybrid IT environments.
- Familiarity with data analytics platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
- PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus.
