Your Role on the Team:
- Connect with prospective clients and introduce available services and opportunities.
- Learn about client needs and provide clear, helpful information.
- Guide clients through enrollment requirements, forms, and next steps.
- Answer questions and address concerns throughout the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate client information and enrollment records.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients when needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
- Provide professional, friendly support during every client interaction.
- Participate in training, coaching, and team development sessions.
- Represent Minnesota Sales Group with professionalism and enthusiasm.
