Pay range $22.99 – 30.65 per hour. Union position with excellent benefits.
Key Duties:
Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for visitors and customers. Responsible for utility meter readings for water, sewer, and electric services, billing and mailing, payment and deposit processing, account management and reconciliation, delinquency notices, data tracking, report preparation, and backup clerical support.
Minimum Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have two years of post-high school education or training with at least two years of experience in a similar position. Must have strong customer service skills, excellent oral/written communication, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, ability to learn new software, and organizational abilities. All City of Staples employment is subject to background check.
