The City of Prior Lake is currently seeking a Records Specialist I. Position provides administrative support to the police department. The position is responsible for creating, processing and maintaining all incident reports and citations, transcribing audio, processing a variety of permits, data requests and helping the public by email, phone and in person.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED plus one year of vocational training and education. Three years of professional experience in an office setting is preferred. Experience with multi-line phones word processing, transcription and law enforcement environments preferred.
