We are seeking a strategic, compassionate, and experienced Community Support Program Director to lead and manage the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our community-based support services. Key Responsibilities
1. Program Leadership & Strategy

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social services, program development, and team leadership, with a commitment to advancing equity, inclusion, and community well-being.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and oversee the implementation of community support programs that align with the organization's mission and goals
- Identify community needs and design responsive, evidence-based programs
- Lead strategic planning for program growth, impact, and sustainability
2. Team Management
- Supervise, train, and support program managers, case workers, and other staff
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on excellence and empathy
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities
3. Partnerships & Community Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, service providers, and stakeholders
- Represent the organization at community events, coalitions, and working groups
- Promote awareness and utilization of community support services
4. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting
- Develop metrics to assess program effectiveness and impact
- Monitor data collection and ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Prepare reports for funders, board members, and leadership
5. Budget and Compliance
- Develop and manage program budgets in collaboration with the finance team
- Ensure compliance with funder requirements, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Assist in grant writing and fundraising efforts related to community support services
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 1 years of experience in community programs, social services, or nonprofit leadership
- Proven experience in program development, team supervision, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong knowledge of community-based support systems and trauma-informed care
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Preferred:
- Experience with grant management and reporting
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal social service systems
