Job Purpose
The Director of Partnerships for MinistrySafe and Abuse Prevention Systems (MS/APS) provides strategic leadership for organizational growth across established verticals and identifies and develops new opportunities for growth.
This role is responsible for aligning growth strategy, partnerships, and execution across brands, ensuring consistent messaging, disciplined pipeline management, and sustainable revenue growth. Working closely with the MS/APS CEO and the Tithely sales and marketing teams, the Director of Partnerships will identify opportunities to expand market reach, cross-sell products, deepen relationships between brands, and expand the impact of MS/APS offerings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Performance Measurement and Reporting
- Maintain regular reporting on relationship activity, pipeline health, growth initiatives and forecasting.
- Track progress against revenue, adoption, and partnership goals.
- Provide consistent updates and actionable insights to executive leadership.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
- Full-time, salaried position.
- The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday.

Work Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 7 years of progressive sales or business development experience.
- Demonstrated success in B2B, channel-based, or subscription/service-based sales environments.
- Experience working across multiple market verticals, including the church/religious space.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizations.
