- Part-Time: Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 pm - 7:30 am /1 2hr shifts (22 hrs/wk, no benefits)

We are a self-sufficiency program committed to guiding individuals and families from crisis to independence. Our goal is not only to provide temporary shelter, but to equip guests with the tools, structure, accountability, and support necessary to achieve stable housing and sustainable income.
We are seeking a dependable, emotionally intelligent 3rd Shift Weekend Shelter Case Manager who can combine compassion with accountability. This role requires someone who can guide individuals toward independence while maintaining structure, safety, and professionalism during overnight shelter operations.
The ideal candidate believes in empowerment over enablement and understands that lasting change requires both support and personal responsibility.
Core Responsibilities
Independence-Focused Case Management
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments that identify barriers to housing, employment, and self-sufficiency.
- Develop individualized case plans with measurable goals, clear action steps, and defined timelines focused on income stability, employment, budgeting, and permanent housing.
- Provide consistent coaching, accountability, and encouragement to help guests actively work their plans.
- Educate guests on community resources while promoting ownership of their progress.
- Regularly review case plans and adjust strategies to maintain forward movement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress, setbacks, and outcomes.
Crisis Intervention & Structured Support
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed.
- Monitor guest interactions and enforce shelter policies to maintain a safe and structured environment.
- Maintain professional boundaries and strict confidentiality.
- Model respectful communication and personal accountability.
Program & Operations Support (3rd Shift)
- Support safe, orderly overnight shelter operations.
- Document incidents and communicate important updates to the team.
- Ensure consistency in expectations and rule enforcement.
- Oversee winter warming station.

Requirements
- Experience in case management, human services, social services, or related field preferred. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work part-time 3rd shift schedule.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening. THC (including marijuana in any form, including gummies or other edibles) is not permitted and will result in disqualification, regardless of state legality.
